Having attended the Foodservice Forum at this exhibition last week, I feel at least one article is warranted to share some of the fascinating key trends that were discussed during the day.
Having found this almost by accident on LinkedIn (or was it?), I signed up to attend without knowing what to expect. And what a discovery it was!
The whole experience turned out to be a really worthwhile one in terms of learning and networking. Therefore I am pencilling into my calendar for next year which is slated to be held on 5-8 June, 2018 at Grosvenor House in Park Lane, London.
